Deze disclaimer is van toepassing op alle diensten die worden verleend door Alphabet Street Communications BV, gevestigd aan Ceramiquelaan 131, 1031KG Amsterdam, Nederland (“Het Agency”).

Nauwkeurigheid van Informatie: Het Agency streeft ernaar om ervoor te zorgen dat alle informatie die het levert nauwkeurig en up-to-date is. Echter, Het Agency garandeert niet dat de inhoud altijd 100% nauwkeurig, compleet of actueel is.

Links naar Derden en Inhoud van Derden: Het Agency kan links naar websites van derden opnemen of inhoud van derden gebruiken als onderdeel van zijn diensten. Gebruik van Diensten en Inhoud: De inhoud en diensten die door Het Agency worden aangeboden, zijn bedoeld voor rechtmatig gebruik. Beperkingen zijn van toepassing op het commercieel gebruik, de distributie of wijziging van de inhoud zonder de uitdrukkelijke schriftelijke toestemming van Het Agency.

Verantwoordelijkheden van de Klant: Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van nauwkeurige en wettelijke informatie/materialen, ervoor zorgen dat zij de rechten hebben op de inhoud die zij verstrekken, en het naleven van de overeengekomen voorwaarden, inclusief een opzegtermijn van één maand voor beëindiging van de samenwerking.

Beëindiging en Laatste Facturatie: Bij de beslissing om de samenwerking te beëindigen, zijn cliënten verplicht om Alphabet Street Communications BV een opzegtermijn van één maand te geven. Na beëindiging van de diensten wordt de cliënt gefactureerd voor één extra maand om de overgangsperiode te dekken en eventuele lopende of hangende diensten die tot aan de beëindigingsdatum zijn verleend. Deze laatste facturatie zorgt voor een soepele afsluiting en maakt het mogelijk om eventueel werk in uitvoering af te ronden, waardoor beide partijen de gelegenheid krijgen om eventuele openstaande verplichtingen te voldoen.

Beperkingen op Garanties: Het Agency past strategieën toe die gericht zijn op het bereiken van marketingdoelen, maar garandeert geen specifieke resultaten of uitkomsten.

Vrijwaringsclausule: Klanten stemmen ermee in Het Agency te vrijwaren en schadeloos te stellen tegen alle claims, schades of kosten die voortvloeien uit hun gebruik van de diensten van Het Agency of schending van deze voorwaarden. Het Agency is niet aansprakelijk voor het blokkeren of opschorten van accounts op platformen, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot Meta en haar dochterondernemingen, TikTok, Google My Business, Pinterest, en Tripadvisor.

Toepasselijk Recht en Bevoegdheid: Deze disclaimer wordt beheerst door de wetten van Nederland, en eventuele geschillen zullen onderworpen zijn aan de jurisdictie van de rechtbanken van Nederland.

Wijzigingen in de Disclaimer: Het Agency behoudt zich het recht voor om deze disclaimer op elk moment te wijzigen. Voortgezet gebruik van de diensten geeft aan dat u akkoord gaat met de nieuwe voorwaarden.

Termination and Final Billing: Upon the decision to cease collaboration, clients are required to provide a one-month notice to Alphabet Street Communications BV. Following the termination of services, the client will be invoiced for one additional month to cover the transition period and any ongoing or pending services rendered up to the termination date. This final billing ensures a smooth closure and allows for the completion of any work in progress, providing an opportunity for both parties to settle any outstanding obligations.

Limitations on Guarantees: The Agency employs strategies aimed at achieving marketing goals, but it does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Indemnification Clause: Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Agency’s services or violation of these terms. The Agency is not liable for account blocking or suspension on platforms including but not limited to Meta and its subsidiaries, TikTok, Google My Business, Pinterest, and Tripadvisor.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This disclaimer is governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

Changes to the Disclaimer: The Agency reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
